- Never tell the person you’re demanding help from how to help you and what terms and conditions you want regarding the help. Just say thank you for the help. They just might help you change a flat tire.If you tell them how to fix the tire, you might just be walking…
- Never drink anything blue, anything named after a pirate or anything on fire. Do those three things and you’ll be ok.
- Never leave West Texas on a drive through Eastern New Mexico without going to the bathroom before you head out from your last stop. Ever.
- Never ask for mayonnaise on your hamburger.
- Never come to Lubbock, Texas and think your business is gonna be successful because it was in Dallas. This ain’t Dallas… and this ain’t Dynasty… Want to make it work here? Get to know Lubbock and West Texans, treat them right and admit you don’t know a damn thing about West Texas!
