28 years ago today a little show got started on KFYO-AM in Lubbock. They called it, Sports Talk with Don Williams and Ryan Hyatt. A little wordy. It ran from 5:30-7PM Eventually it would evolve into The Williams and Hyatt Show and would go from 3-7PM each night on Lubbock’s first All Sports Radio Station, KKAM.

We had a helluva run from 1994 to 2012. We we’re lucky enough to have an audience that drove the show each night to have great conversation and lots of fun. It was always the audience that made it work! Tonight, we wanted to celebrate that show and tell ya a few stories about how it all happened and came together back in the day.
