We end the week, a long week, looking at not just Texas Tech Lady Raider Basketball, but the athletic department as a whole. If it can happen to one program, it can happen to all of them. We think Texas Tech University. MUST bring in outsiders to investigate the athletic department and do it now. They have failed their most basic function, they admit it and it must not happen again.
