They still remember how to win!
The Texas Tech Baseball team found exactly what they needed Tuesday night in Lubbock. Lots of dogs at the park making pet sounds and Tarleton State in the other dugout. No reports on any strange sounds from their dugout.
Texas Tech cruised to an easy 13-3 run-run win in seven innings Tuesday with Kayson Raineri getting the win on the mound. A solid start no matter who you’re facing; going 4 innings, no walks, five ks and one earned run given up. That will work.
The bats just needed to see some hits fall in and crooked numbers go up on the scoreboard. They got that and more.
Tonight they’re back in action at Abilene Christian with a make-up game from a week ago. Hopefully it won’t stress the fragile Tech pitching too much with OSU coming up this weekend. We will see.
