Happy Monday , Y’all !

It was a helluva weekend and it’s only getting better.

We’ve got one of the most meaningful games in the Big 12 all season tonight here in Lubbock. Texas Tech is playing for a potential three seed in the NCAA Tournament. Houston is playing for a number one seed. It was an emotional game with ejections of Texas Tech HC Grant McCasland and top scorer J.T. Toppin early on in Houston. We’ve got major college basketball drama in Lubbock tonight. This is why the Big 12 matters. Best basketball in the land. Yep, still better than the SEC. Check back in March and see if I’m right.

Tonight on The Daily Broadcast we’ll preview Tech and Houston, see how you feel about the game and then take stock of where Texas Tech Baseball and Softball are a few weeks into the season. Check in tonight LIVE at 6:30 Central. Might just have a Special Guest or two on the show. You guys are always the best guest with your comments and questions. So follow us on X, YouTube and Facebook. All Free. Always.

Good, Bad And Ugly Recap

On Monday’s we got a lot to talk about. In Raiderland, we break it down with the GBU recap. Some good, some bad and some ugly. Sports or otherwise. Fire away in the comments with your recaps. Here’s a glimpse of ours.

Good: Texas Tech Softball. Could have gone with Christian Anderson from Tech MBB, but Tech Softball gets the nod.

Bad: Folks who don’t understand college baseball, let alone college baseball in February vs. college baseball in April, May and June. They wear me out. But, we’re glad they’re out there. Makes for fun conversations. Sometimes.

Ugly: The idea that if you ask folks who work on the taxpayers’ dime’s to respond with an email saying what they’re doing on the taxpayers’ money is mean and bad and nasty and unfair…. that tells me we got a lot of folks who don’t really want to work on my dime.

OK, there’s a few of ours, get yours posted in the comments, share with friends and tell them to post and then join us tonight at 6:30 Central for TDB.
