Happy Wednesday from the mountains of Red River, y’all!
That’s right, Raiderland has hit the road to do a little skiing and some relaxing in the great ski town of the southwest! By skiing, I mean my son and his buddy. By relaxing, I mean me and the wife and some Fireball and other concoctions. Don’t read too much into the concoctions there…. No gummies for us!
We love getting up here and we’ll go Live tonight on the Daily Broadcast. Maybe from Lifts West and maybe from the Legendary Bull O’ The Woods. We’ll see where we land, who has good wifi and go from there. The challenges of road games.
It’s looking good for snow on Thursday, so hopefully they’ll be some fresh powder up here. Lots of the man-made stuff has the runs open and going and it was glorious on Tuesday afternoon. Cold, clear and crisp. Just what you want when you come up here. So, we’ll update tonight on how the kid did on the slopes.
No More Bandwagon Wednesday???
That’s right. It’s a new year and time to say good-bye to an old favorite. Created by our friend Lance King on Ryan Hyatt’s Raiderland Radio Show on Talk 103.9 FM a few years ago, it’s time to retire the Bandwagon. Now you can still jump on and off bandwagons. You can still tell us about it here and on the Daily Broadcast each Wednesday. But it is no longer the Official Raiderland Wednesday Topic… It served us well, but it’s a new year and time for a change.

- Outdoor dining in ski towns when it’s 25 degrees… The whole outdoor heaters and whatnot in effect… still cold… still outdoors. I have my thoughts on this. What do y’all think?
- The Kansas City Chiefs offense right now. Patrick Mahomes is still Patrick Mahomes, right? But are the Chiefs still the Chiefs?
