Happy Wednesday, y’all !
This week is moving along and about to get faster. I guess an eclipse and awesome rain on the South Plains will do that. Everyone seems to be in a great mood after the rain yesterday. That means money around these parts and it was much needed.
Hopefully it will be dry though in Abilene, and it was forever…, when Texas Tech Baseball goes off in search of How To Score Runs On The Road. This starts a string of six straight road games for Texas Tech as they go to TCU for the weekend then a little jaunt up to the Hills of Arkansas to take on the Hogs.
We’re about to find out real quick if this Tech team can cure their road woes, of which they’ve had many this year. From lack of hitting, untimely errors and pitching collapses late, we’ve seen a little of everything.
A solid win tonight would go a long ways to building some confidence for TCU. . .
