Happy Wednesday, y’all!

Anytime Texas Tech Baseball sweeps Stanford it’s a great day. We go back to 1995 and Wichita in the NCAA Tournament. Pain. So hanging to more losses on their ledger while they’re down didn’t bother us at all !

Now it’s on to a Houston team that’s behind Texas Tech in the RPI. That means anything less than a series win really cripples Tech’s chances to make the NCAA Tournament. That’s where we are right now. The reality of April for this team is making the tournament. Not winning the Big 12, but making the post-season. They can do it, and I think they will. But the margin for error gets less and less each day.

We’ll talk about that and more on the Daily Broadcast tonight at 6:30ish LIVE on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter.

Overrated, Underrated, Rated Right Wednesday

Each Wednesday we let y’all tell us how things out to be. We give you few things to rate. So. Let’s get to it.

  1. Caitlin Clark
  2. Sheryl Swoopes
  3. Women’s College Basketball

We might as well do it. Everyone else is… I feel like, given my history covering Lady Raider Basketball and much more when it comes to high-level women’s sports over the past 35 years that I might, just might, be able to inject my thoughts into the current conversations on the rise of women’s basketball due to Caitlin Clark and whatnot. So we will do it tonight on the Daily Broadcast. A show 35 years in the making. ! See ya tonight.

OK. There ya go. Get after it!
