5 Things We Know On A Sunday

  1. Fact. One of the best decisions you can make is to have friends in your life who have a pool. Right after that is having friends who have a boat.
  2. Dr. Pepper Zero Strawberries & Cream is quickly rising up my list of favorite soft drinks.
  3. I recently got one of those apps on my phone that helps you fall asleep. I was skeptical at first, but now I’m a believer. I had no idea all I needed after all of these years is to hear the sound of a rainstorm along with a box fan….oddly enough, a West Texas windstorm is not one of the sounds to choose from.
  4. In NASCAR all rookie drivers have a big yellow stripe across the rear bumper of their car. It serves as a warning to the other drivers, and a little hazing for the rookies. We need to do the same thing in Texas. All drivers from New Mexico coming into West Texas should have a large yellow stripe on the back of their car. This should be law. It’s about Public Safety.
  5. Things that have far too much technology involved these days? Trucks, washing machines, refrigerators and TVs. In so many cases, simpler is better.

Thanks for hanging out for a few minutes with us today! Feel free to add your own 5 Things in the comments and be sure to share with a friend. See you Monday when we recap the weekend.
