1. I don’t mind my gray hairs. I really don’t. Glad I’ve made it this far and feel like I’ve earned them. I do wish they’d grow at the same rate as my other hair. Half the time I look in the mirror and it’s like I’ve got cat whiskers sticking out of places they ought not to be. Oh well. Better than the other option of not getting old!

4. When it comes to those pushing “Downtown Redevelopment” in Lubbock and that if your tax dollars aren’t spent there the city will wither and die and have no chance for growth…just follow the money. It’s amazing. Lubbock seems to have grown so much, taxes have skyrocketed to pay for “needs” and the debt has exploded to take care of all the new folks and their “needs”, all while downtown has languished, according to some. Hmm. How are these two things possible at the same time…. Follow The Money.
5. If you leave free cheese out, you’ll attract all sorts of things. Right now, the United States of America is leaving a lot of free cheese out. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as free cheese.
