7/25/23 Question O’ The Day: 2Word2sDay – Let’s Talk About… Texas Tech Offense & Rank NFL RBs.

Brought to you in part by Abuelo’s. Did someone say Tacos?

Happy Tuesday, Get some Tacos and more today!!!!

Every Tuesday we give you the 2Word2sDay topic. Your job is to give us 2 words to describe the topic. We figure it’s a fair transaction. Think of yourself as a headline writer for what we used to call “newspapers”. After that, feel free to expand upon your two-word description.

Today’s topic, give us Two Words to describe what you want to see out of the Texas Tech offense this year.

What are you expecting, what do you want it to look like and how do you want to describe it using two words?

We’re also talking running backs today since everyone else is. Seems a lot of NFL running backs didn’t take basic economics when they were in college. Their position right now is supply and demand personified. They all look alike for the most part, plenty of them and they aren’t utilized the way they used to be. Therefore, you don’t have the value. It’s pretty simple. That said, we want you to give us your Top 5 RBs today. They can be in your lifetime, ones you saw or historical if you think you’re qualified to make the rankings that way.

I’ll give you my Top 5 from those I was able to watch play. Figure that’s a fair debate.

5. Tony Dorsett – Speed, tougher than people remember and did it for an extended period of time.

4. LaDainian Tomlinson – Perhaps goes down as the Last Great RB in the NFL for a time.

3. Emmitt Smith – Tough, durable and certainly made the most of a great O-Line. Gamer!

2. Walter Payton – Sweetness. Horrible teams for the most part, but unstoppable.

1. Barry Sanders – No one is great as a Lion. He was. Best in the era, hands-down.

OK, there’s my list. Y’all give us your list and we’ll continue the debate and the 2Word discussion tonight on the Daily Broadcast around 6:30 on Twitter Live, Youtube and Facebook Live!

See ya then.
