Happy Thursday, Y’all !
So far, so good when it comes to the Texas Tech Lady Raiders. Still flying a bit under the radar in the national polls, they stayed undefeated on the year and moved to 3-0 in Big 12 play with a solid road win at WVU Wednesday night. Bailey Maupin led the way with 27 points and Snudda Collins had 19 on the way to the 71-66 win. Tough place to play, last win there was 2014.
We’ll discuss that win and what it means for NCAA Tournament seeding and more tonight with y’all on The Daily Broadcast. Add in the latest on the Tech men and Red Raider Football transfer portal news and it will be a full show. Join LIVE at 6:30 Central via X, YouTube and Facebook. All platforms FREE so subscribe to each one.
If you somehow missed our Wednesday show, no worries. We archive everything here on the site!

Over, Under, Rated Right
If you’re new around here, each Thursday we get to rating things in Raiderland. You never know when someone might ask your opinion on a subject and you need to be ready to go. We’re here to help. Sometimes it’s sports-related, sometimes not… Just like life.
Today, let’s talk about Hotel Breakfast Foods. . .
If you travel a lot like I used to, you learn all the tricks of the trade. What to do and what not to do. First off, the Free Breakfast ain’t free. You already paid for it. So at least get some apple juice or something before you head out. Your best option is usually the gas station next door. If you MUST eat at the hotel, here’s the plan.
Overrated: Scrambled eggs. You know they’re gonna be bad and no amount of salsa is going to help. Just don’t. If they have a way to make an omelette, give that a try. Otherwise, worst selection out there.
Underrated: Sausage. This is the way to go most places. The little patties or the little links. Either one, the guy behind the desk who doesn’t care, all he had to do was warm them up. If they’re a little cool, put in the microwave and heat up. You know they’re probably only a few hours from frozen, so still safe most mornings. Again. You paid for it, grab a link.
Rated Right: The little cups of pre-packed cereal or yogurt in the fridge. Check the date on the yogurt but at least no one had to make it. Same on the milk for the cereal. Don’t trust the milk there? Buy some the night before and use it.
These are our thoughts, add yours in the comments below and safe travels out there.
