It’s August, we’ve got football back, the Texas Rangers were buying and not selling at the deadline and the weather is great this weekend here in West Texas. What more do you want!
Well, we got more yesterday as Texas Tech Board of Regents Chair Cody Campbell got himself named to President Trump’s Council on Sports, Fitness and Nutrition. They are talking about bring back the old President’s Physical Fitness Challenge for kids. We love it. It was cool to earn that patch back in elementary school.
I’m not sure I could do the Flex-Arm Hang today, but maybe we could create an adult version that involves hot wings and beer. If so, start sewing that patch on my jacket today!
