Happy Thursday, Y’all!
What is it about the work week after a holiday weekend that seems to drag on forever? How is it just Thursday? What’s this whole, ” gotta work five days in a row” deal? Summer should be a series of four-day work weeks. Somebody should look into that and report back.
We do have plenty to talk about around Raiderland with the culmination of Big 12 Media Days and the continued national fascination with Texas Tech COR Chairman Cody Campbell. There are rumors that he’s also involved in college athletics. We’re looking into that.

On Thursdays, we get to rating things around here. Sometimes sports, sometimes not. Just depends on what’s going on in the world. This week we’re taking a look at Coca-Cola. It was on this day in the mid-80s when they Brough “Real Coke” back after the failed roll-out of “New Coke”.
