Happy Monday, Y’all !

Greetings from Red River, New Mexico!

What better way to get mentally prepared and ramped up for the biggest Texas Tech Football game in decades than a little mountain air for a few days!!! We’ll be here in Red River through Wednesday. Don’t worry, all the shows will keep coming your way this week from our morning column to The Daily Broadcast. In fact, we’ll be live tonight from the Red River Brewery, right next door to Lifts West.

The question we’ve got for you this morning is simple. When it comes to Texas Tech Football, where does this Saturday game against BYU rank in the all-time history of Big Games? Note we are posting the question before the game. This is not related to the win. In 2008, the Texas game became huge because you one and how you won it in no small part. But an undefeated OU team loomed in Norman in a few weeks and Tech would go in 14.5 point underdogs. Quite frankly, Tech never had a shot against the Sooners that year and it showed on the field.

This is different.

So we ask today and will debate on The Daily Broadcast, as we sit here on a Monday morning, where would you rank this game? I have my thoughts and we’ll share them on the show tonight so join us LIVE at 6:30 Central via X, YouTube and Facebook Live. Unlike ESPN, Youtube still loves Raiderland.

If you missed the Rewind from Saturday, catch-up here:

Get your questions and comments ready to roll and we’ll see you tonight.

Good, Bad & Ugly

Each Monday we recap the weekend with the Good, Bad & Ugly. A throwback to The Williams and Hyatt Show starting back in 1994. Some things in the world were great, some not so great, so so bad you had to look away. We’ll give you a few of ours, you fire away in the comments.

G: The smell of cold, crisp mountain air.
B. The best place to eat in Logan, New Mexico was closed Sunday. Come on Annex! Do better!
U: Ain’t nothing really Ugly when you’re in the mountains.

Get in those comments and be sure to follow us on X and Facebook today for an onslaught of food pics and mountain scenery. Yep. Gonna rub it in today!
