We’ve got a few things going on in Raiderland.

For those who missed it, Cincinnati is suing Texas Tech QB Brendan Sorsby for one million dollars over NIL clawback claims. This should be another very interesting court case. Filed in Ohio federal court, not sure how long it will take to play out. Bottom line is that Sorsby will play QB for Texas Tech in the Fall with no issues and he will most likely end up settling this suit for a much lower dollar figure. I have to think Texas Tech had provisions in their deal with Sorsby that if something like this happened, it’s on Sorsby and not Texas Tech to foot the bill…. We will see.

Meanwhile #2 Texas Tech Softball starts their home season today at 5 against ACU and Baseball gears up tomorrow at The Law against Cal. State Bakersfield. I’ve never walked the streets of Bakersfield and have no real desire. . .
