Happy Tuesday, y’all !
The weather smart guys keep telling us it is gonna feel like Fall around here later this week. I’ll believe it when I see it. Same thing goes with the rain chances over the weekend. When it happens, I’ll believe it. If you look around though, you can tell the cotton farmers think it might rain. Lots of strippers out running this week trying to get out of the field and to the gin before any rain ruins the grade. So, I trust the farmers over the weather people.
Speaking of rain, Texas Tech OC Zack Kittley said Monday that they might be dealing with heavy rain at ISU this weekend. Not sure who that hurts or helps at this point. You’d like to think Texas Tech always has an edge with the ground game, but ISU is supposedly built to win in bad weather. Just one more thing to factor into a game that opened with tech as a two touchdown dog and now sit at +12. Is that enough to make you want to back the Red Raiders from a financial standpoint ( where available )?
