Happy Wednesday, y’all!
We’ve made it to one of the top 7 days of the week.
We got a nice dose of rain the past few days on the South Plains. Not quite two inches worth depending on where you call home. Not exactly great timing for those trying to get cotton out of the field but if you just dropped some wheat down, good for you. Someone always benefits from the rain, and that’s the way it should be! Now, if we want to dry out for a few days, I’d have now problem. Our roads are a little sloppy right now. . .
Bandwagon Wednesday
You know what to do each Wednesday. Tell us the Bandwagons you’re on and the Bandwagons you’re off. Maybe you got off the Texas Rangers bandwagon late. It’s ok to climb back on. They need all the help they can get fighting history. Baseball history is rough to fight. The last twenty years thought we’ve seen things change. Boston. The Cubs. Astros. Royals. Yes. It can be done. Is this the right Texas Rangers team to do it? Probably not. Which means it is quite possibly the exactly right Rangers team to do it. Because Baseball.
You can also be off a Bandwagon or two. Having to budget for Texas Tech Football bowl game tickets and travel. You can probably get off that bandwagon and slide that right into possible March Madness trip or just wait for Tim Tadlock’s team to do what it does every year. Heck, maybe you can follow the golf teams around. I’ve got some friends who have gotten on the Travel with Texas Tech Golf bandwagon the past several years and they love. You get to go to great places and watch golf and have cold beverages while you do it. Quite a deal.
