Did everyone enjoy the wind Sunday?
Thank goodness Texas Tech and BYU wrapped up their series on Saturday. Can’t imagine what it would have been like at The Law Sunday with that wind. Of course I’ve seen it before … so ya, it wouldn’t have been a good day to be a pitcher.
Speaking of pitchers, Texas Tech had more than a few solid relief performances and another salty start for Kyle Robinson this past weekend. Tech took two of three and seemed to find a few missing pieces over the weekend. We’ll talk a lot about that, where they are in the final week of March and get your great comments and feedback tonight on The Daily Broadcast. - Texas Tech Softball. Wait. They didn’t even play. Nope. But in the snow-out of Ames, Iowa, they made great snowmen!! Adapt and overcome. After the OU weekend, consider that a fun late-Spring Break trip to decompress as a team
- Texas Tech Catcher Kevin Bazzell. Back behind the plate, he took a wicked back-swing of his wrist, then homered a little later. Stud.
- Parents who had to sit and suffer through youth sports outside in West Texas on Sunday. I would have faked a tire issue and missed the game…
