Happy Monday, Y’all !

There is no offseason in Raiderland. . .

While nearly everything sports-wise has wound down for Texas Tech minus Track And Field action, some folks think this is where it slows down. Actually, this week and next could really determine a big part of what happen next year for some Texas Tech programs.

We expect to hear, maybe as early today, on the Brendan Sorsby court case. The court knows a two-week deadline to enter the NFL Supplemental Draft is looming. The judge also knows whatever his decision is, it will be immediately appealed. So, be on the lookout for that today.

Then there’s the recruiting front for both Texas Tech Football and Basketball. Football reeled in another elite defender over the weekend it Gideon Gash ( great name ) a CB out of Detroit. That ’27 class just getter and better for Joey McGuire. More could be on the way in the coming days.

Texas Tech MBB should also be announcing a few additions in the next week or so. In Grant We Trust. He’s kinda putting us to the test this year on the roster rebuild, but until further notice we think there’s a lot going on in the international market and here at home.

After that, the Baseball Transfer Portal is opening up. Texas Tech picked up a fine hitter from Houston this weekend in OF Xavier Perez and a pitcher out of UNLV in the form of Jace Evangelista. This on the heels of losing Linkin Garcia to Texas last week.

So, as you can see, it’s gonna be a busy and impactful period here for the Red Raiders and we’re ready to go.

We’ll talk about all of that plus the latest on the Save College Sports Act that has conservatives vs conservatives battling in the House and Senate over the bill, Josh Jung and the Texas Rangers and Ludvig Aberg’s new putter all on The Daily Broadcast tonight with y’all LIVE at 5:30 Central
