Hope everyone had a great weekend and that y’all are ready to start training to stay up late this coming Saturday for Texas Tech at Arizona. Years ago, a 10PM start would have sounded like fun. Now it sounds like a nap should work in nicely sometime during the afternoon games…
Speaking of getting ready…one of our dogs is doing what she can to make sure she can stay up for the game judging by her nocturnal habits last night. Around 3 AM I noticed the TV was on in the living room. I didn’t think I’d left it on, went out there, and sure enough Sadie was lounging on the couch, having sat on the remote control and turning on the TV.
What’s crazy is that the TV had gone to a default channel we never watch. Something called “Love Pets” program was on and the dog and cat are both sitting there staring at the TV. I had assumed they might be recording the program for later and now need to check our TV library and see what else they’re dialing up during the night…
