Happy Thursday, Y’all !
Thinking today about our friends out in Florida and hoping all are as well as can be. I grew up in tornado country…I’ll take that risk over hurricanes any day. Maybe the West Texan in me, but that much water scares the hell outta me.
Either way, if there’s a way you feel you can donate directly to any private organization that you know will have actual boots on the ground do it. That’s my theory. If you know of any organizations that deserve support, feel free to post them in the comments below.
Meanwhile back home we limp towards the weekend with no Texas Tech Football game to dominate our time. Cleaning will be done. Organizing around the house and office to get ready for the home stretch of CFB and more. Always more.

That’s right… we’ve moved from Wednesday to Thursday now. Each Thursday we’ll give you a topic and you rate a few things for us. Might be sports, might not be. Today it’s a not.

Overrated: The Office. There. Someone had to say it. Show never did a thing for me.
Underrated: Moonlighting. Great writing, launched the Bruce Willis career and reminded us that Cybil Shepherd was and is still hot!
Rated Right: Cheers. Not my all-time favorite. But certainly worthy of all the acclaim it gets. It comes off a bit dated now, but that’s ok. Hard for shows to avoid that. Except for Happy Days. Happy Days still as fresh as day one!
