Happy New Year’s Eve!
One last time in 2024!
Texas Tech MBB helps get your day started taking on UCF here in Lubbock this afternoon. Much better than a New Year’s Day game in my opinion. Had to call a few of those over the years and nobody like ’em!
As for the Tech men, they finish 2024 with all their players healthy for the first time in a month or so. With J. T. Toppin back they should look a lot more efficient offensively. We’ll know soon enough. We’ll probably come at you with a Roundball Rewind sometime this afternoon. It’s New Year’s Eve, so be flexible. We got things to do and people to see!

What memories will you take away from the past year?
For my family, watching our son graduate high school and begin his college career has been an amazing thing. So many changes in all of our lives in a short amount of time. Those who say it goes fast, they aren’t kidding. Those two events have to be at the top for me. From a sports standpoint, it’s hard to beat seeing Patrick Mahomes win another Super Bowl and continue to be the Face of the NFL. We knew him when…
