Happy Monday, Y’all !
Once again, Patrick Mahomes doing his part to make Texas Tech fans feel a little better after another rough Saturday. And we thank you Patrick. Lesson to the Raiders…don’t make Mahomes angry, you won’t like him when he’s angry…
As for the Dallas Cowboys, well, you knew it was coming even before the game started, so no big loss right… They are who they are and have been and will be. Because nothing will fundamentally change inside the organization. I can’t think of a more frustrating team to root for. Great promise, great resources, at times great players, yet always thwarted by a culture that appeases average instead of demanding success.
On to the Daily Broadcast for tonight.
We’ll recap the NFL weekend with y’all, rehash some of Tech/TCU and get to what’s next as the Red Raiders head to Ames, Iowa for a date with the Cyclones. We’ll of course hand out our Raiderland Helmet Stickers and get yours as well. Add in a Texas Tech kicker going MAGA in Ft. Worth and we’ll have plenty to talk about.

- Texas Tech soccer. Couldn’t clinch the Big 12 championship Friday night at home, but still another great season. They set the bar right now for team sports at Texas Tech.
- The Texas Tech Defense in the 2nd and 3rd quarters Saturday. Seriously. As good as they’ve been getting pressure and turnovers and doing their part. Before and after that though… no sticker for them. . .
- CBS NFL announcer Kevin Harlan. Called the KC/LVR game Sunday. One of the best.
- Anti-Helmet Sticker… Fox Sports “broadcaster” Tim Brando. One of the worst.
- My wife for choosing to get us a great pork tenderloin with a hatch green chili cream cheese sauce. Amazing!
