Happy Wednesday, Y’all !
Your attention please! We have very important, Breaking News:
I’ve gone over 24 hours now without having to take any allergy medication of any kind. I don’t remember the last time I didn’t have to take at least one pill of some sort, but let me tell ya, it feels great. Anyone who suffers from allergies around West Texas understands what I’m talking about. With this hot late Summer and early Fall, it seems like allergies have been off the charts. Plants and trees don’t know what to do right now except to throw out pollen it seems like. I don’t hold it against them, just glad to have a little stretch here where I can breathe and maybe even get some decent sleep!
With it being Wednesday, this is where Texas Tech having an open date kicks in. All the other teams are going toward weekend game-mode and we get to sit back and watch the carnage. Not sure what to do with an open Saturday but I’m sure the wife will come up with something. . .
Still, lots to talk about so we’ll be back LIVE tonight on The Daily Broadcast at 6:30 on X, YouTube and Facebook Live. What If Wednesday
A friend of ours got the “What If” topic going a few weeks ago regarding the hiring of Kliff Kingsbury. So, now on Wednesdays we will make it an official daily topic. I love Alt. History, so this should be fun.
Today will go with a little more recent history.
What If the Big 12 never hired Brett Yormark as commissioner?
What would be different for the league and Texas Tech? What would have happened? More importantly, what might not have happened?
Tell us your thoughts in the comments below and we’ll take up the discussion on TDB live at 6:30 tonight.
