Happy Wednesday, Y’all!

We prayed for rain and we got some rain last night across the South Plains and West Texas. Here’s hoping there’s not too much damage from where you are today. We took some small hail, but with 59 MPH wind gusts it made it a little interesting.

Tune in tonight for The Daily Broadcast and we’ll tell you why we have broken glass all around our house this morning. Oops.

Texas Tech MBB needed another big man and they got one Tuesday when they signed high-profile free-agent J.T. Toppin from New Mexico. Conference Rookie of the Year and he goes 6-9 while protecting the rim with 1.9 blocks a game. 12 points and he can rebound, it was Tech or the NBA for Toppin. Rumors abound he was also looking at a million dollars in NIL money. Even if it’s just close it proves Texas Tech has the money to compete in this era.

We’ll of course take a look at the signing tonight LIVE at 6:30 on The Daily Broadcast. Join the show on Twitter, YouTube and Facebook Live. See y’all then.

If you missed last night’s show, you can check it out right here!
