Happy Monday, Y’all!

We hope everyone had a great Easter Weekend and that you’re all recharged and ready to go for one of the best week in all of sports. We start off with the National Championship game tonight. Long-time Big 12 stalwart Arizona let everyone down, so it’s Michigan and UCONN. Gotta root for Michigan here, just can’t get behind Hurley. He wears us out!

After that it’s on to the Masters and some of the coolest stuff is early in the week with practice rounds and the Par 3 Tournament. Thank you lords of the realm at Augusta National for letting us watch these things for the last 20-years or so. I’ve been told by many that if you can’t be on the grounds for Sunday… you’re better off watching Tuesday and Wednesday and then save a thousand bucks a night staying at a Motel 6.

Texas Tech is doing its part with Tech Baseball hosting one of the best in the Big 12 in West Virginia this week and Texas Tech Softball at Utah this weekend.

Add in the trickle of news out of Texas Tech Football, Big 12 political battles and your latest rounds of Presidential Orders and whatnot and this week should fly-by. We’re here for it.

We’ll get things started tonight on The Daily Broadcast. Join us LIVE at 5:30 Central via Twitter/X, our ever-growing YouTube Channel and of course on Facebook LIVE. All platforms, always FREE so sign-up for each one and never miss a thing. We add in some different nuggets on Facebook and Twitter so make sure you’re following there and of course all LIVE videos and “shorts” are waiting for you on our YouTube Channel.

If you new around here, this is a look at the Friday night show. Just to give you an idea of what goes on.

So, get those questions and comments ready to roll and we’ll see you tonight on The Daily Broadcast!

Good, Bad & Ugly

Each Monday we go back and recap the weekend that was… Some things were great, some ok, some not too bad, some bad and something…just so ugly you had to look away. We give you a few of our here, you fire away in the comments and we’ll sort everything out on The Daily Broadcast tonight at 5:30. Oh, by the way, it doesn’t even have to be sports-related!

Let’s get to it!

G: Texas Tech Softball. Seven straight run-rule wins after the sweep of BYU. Running out of ways to describe this team. Feel free to give us new adjectives in the comments.
B: The Big 12 in the NCAA Tournament. Not just Arizona not making title game, but another no show by the league in a game the team exits on. At the end of the day, this league underperformed. But the court was really cool in KC…
U: Texas Rangers. They waste a great start by Jack Lieter on Sunday, we goes a strong five innings with one run given up, one walk and 9 Ks. That’s good. But Texas scores only one run and gets beat 2-1 by the Reds. That’s bad and that’s a sweep by Cincy and a four-game losing streak where Texas has scored just one run over the last 20-innings. It ain’t all Josh Jung’s fault folks…

Just a quick sample there. Y’all hit us with some of your own. Oh, and Ludvig Aberg will be talked about tonight on the show, don’t worry!
