We’re obviously gonna have plenty to talk about today at noon when we go Live at Portillo’s. We’ll be there each Tuesday during September helping get the football season cranking with y’all. If you can make it today, make plans to come say hello next week!

We’ve got Texas Tech vs ACU to start the season to talk about. Texas Tech is sitting as a 42.5 point favorite and the total is 58.5 so that tells you that Vegas doesn’t think much of ACU’s offense against the retooled Red Raider defense. We’ll get your thoughts on whether you’d lay the 42 points or not today on the Noon show.

We’ll also look at the latest sports in courts news for Texas Tech MBB. Yesterday Donovan Atwell filed for a TRO in. Lubbock County court and got one. He’ll have a hearing on September 11 to see if he can make this permanent and rejoin the Red Raiders. We’ve seen better success in state courts against the NCAA lately. We’ll stay tuned on this one but still feel like he will play for Texas Tech.

Add in the SEC looking to challenge LSU in court and we’ve got a lot of moving parts this morning.
