Happy Wednesday, Y’all !
Gotta love an All-Star Game settled on penalty kicks. Or do we? If you invested a few hours of your time last night on the game, how did you feel about the HR contest to end it? The best thing about the game? The teams were wearing the regular uniforms. So much better than the last few years of the horrible AL/NL unis. Other than that, not much going on for most of the night. Between inter-league play and free agency, the All-Star Game has lost a lot of its appeal. Been brewing that way for years now. Oh well, at least we have a lot of great games today. Oh wait. What? Nevermind.

In an alternative universe, What IF college sports were completely amateur? No scholarships given for athletics. Only academics. Every player on every team is just a regular student at the school.
