Happy Friday, y’all !
If you had told me Monday that Texas Tech would still be playing baseball on Friday… I’d have taken the deal in a heartbeat. This Tech team just keeps battling in Arlington and here they are after a 10-5 win over Cincinnati last night.
Now it’s another shot at Oklahoma State today around 4PM. OSU is slated to be a Top 16 national seed in the NCAA Tournament. Their hay is in the barn. They’re not going to jeopardize any pitching today in what could be an 18-inning day for the winner of Tech/OSU. Not saying they won’t play hard, but their agenda is different. They’re where Texas Tech has been most years. . .
So…We’ll see what happens. We’ve got another graduation to attend this evening so if we’re still playing tonight around ten, we might just jump on LIVE with y’all for a late Diamond Talk. Stay tuned on Twitter! @RyanHyattMedia
