We’re just two days away from the Independence Bowl. I can feel the excitement . . .
Texas Tech is a three-point favorite this morning. Do we feel good about that number? Do we have any feel at all about what’s going to happen in this game? No.
These bowls are now a total crap-shoot. Other than a few really lopsided match-ups out there, good luck in your bowl prediction contests. These game really now boil down to which team wants to be there and play hard the most and which team is just picking up sweat-suits and watches.
After watching Texas Tech the last two bowl games, I have to feel like they’ll show up and play, but who knows. As for Cal…welcome to Shreveport. The shock to their system must be amazing. You’re not in the Bay Area anymore, Bears.
