Happy Tuesday, Y’all !

We’ve had rain showers teasing us the last two days around the South Plains. A few showers here and there, nothing major, but it has cooled things off a bit and that’s a great thing. Back into the upper 80s and lower 90s would be fine for the next few weeks. Cool down just enough overnight where you get that first hint of fall in the morning air.

That’s really what the next few days are all about.

Hints of Fall.

The NFL preseason gives us hints of what’s to come. Same with Texas Tech football with their practice updates and scrimmages. AP Polls and other rankings help fill the time right now. All hinting towards what could be the most anticipated season for Texas Tech fans since …. easily since 2008. Maybe even going further back. As for Dallas Cowboy fans, sorry, can’t help you much. But I’m sure you can find something to be hopeful about.

We’ll talk about the Hints of Fall and other things tonight with y’all on The Daily Broadcast. Join us LIVE at 6:30 Central via X, YouTube and Facebook. All FREE so subscribe to all of our platforms and never miss a thing.

If you need to catch up from Monday, here’s last night’s show to enjoy and share:

Tuesday’s Best

Each Tuesday we celebrate greatness in some form or fashion here in Raiderland. We call it Tuesday’s Best. We throw out the category and you give us your top two examples. Sometimes sports, sometimes not. You just never know. Sorta like West Texas weather.

This week we’re looking for the Two Best Bands/Singers you’ve ever seen in Lubbock.

From the old Coliseum to the Fair Park, Blue Light to the Carriage House and everything in between, give us the Two Best performers or performances. Looking forward to your responses in the comments and we’ll take up the discussion tonight on The Daily Broadcast.

Raiderland Hot Links

Each morning we serve ’em up, Fresh and Hot! The greatest links from Raiderland and Beyond!

Yes. Yes we will!
