Happy Tuesday, Y’all
We’re trying to get excited for Sam Houston State against Texas Tech. Really. We are. It’s not working yet, but we are getting there. This is one of the challenges of a schedule where the Red Raiders play maybe their toughest game of the season in Week 3 and win in dramatic fashion. Now, no offense to SHSU, but they should never be on a Texas Tech schedule going forward. The schedule has to get better. Hopefully an expanded playoff will allow teams like Texas Tech to upgrade the non-conference schedule. I’d even be in favor of adding another Big 12 game at this time….
So, if you’re suffering a little Week 4 Let-Down as a fan, we get it.
We’ll talk about that on the show this morning with y’all from Portillo’s as well as a few other items. It’s time to buy and see some early season teams. Today, give us two college football teams you’re buying right now and two teams you want nothing to do with going forward. Same thing for the NFL.
