Happy Tuesday, Y’all !
Like we said, this may be the last “hot” day we have for a while around here and I’m all for it. Would love to actually have Fall this year in West Texas as opposed to just going from Summer to Winter over the course of a week or two. I think we’ll get our wish this year.
One thing with the weather…pay attention to Saturday afternoon and Texas Tech hosting Baylor. Anywhere from 30-50 percent chance of rain as the afternoon goes on. We’ll never turn away free water around here, but will that impact the play on the field?
My gut tells me as long as Tahj Brooks has two hands around the football, Texas Tech will be fine. A bigger concern could be the dreaded lightning delays. Hopefully it’ll stay dry til the final whistle, then it can all it wants to.
